Our current openings:
PART-TIME TEMPORARY MAITRE D'HôTEL: Just what it sounds like. To cover Paternity Leave and Mental Health Leave. Must kowtow to Boss of Kitchen.
HOG SLAUGHTERER: Experience with culling and cutting up hogs. Ability to assemble & handle captive bolt gun. Must be able to recognize foot and mouth disease. Should have genial disposition around small animals.
ASSISTANT HOG SLAUGHTERER: Experience in holding down small squirming farm animals. Typing 50 wpm required.
DISHWASHER: Experience operating a Blodgett 2000 Industrial dishwashing machine. Use of at least one hand required. Spanish language skills desirable.
FRENCH WAITER: French language skills preferred, or must at least be able to imitate haughty French accent. Should be able to grow pencil thin mustache.
